No Refund Policy

*ONLY* RESCHEDULING IS PERMITTED, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS 

  • Tardiness and No-Show on the day of class:  30 minutes late or longer is considered a no-show; THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

  • If you would like to reschedule your attendance, you will need to contact School of MAC to do so more than 24hrs before the course. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

    • You are allowed 1 free rescheduling within 60 days of your course at no additional fee (If Notice is provided more than 24 hrs before the course) THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

    • If rescheduling less than 24hrs before the course, there will be a $100 fee to reschedule. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

  • Taking any course does not guarantee safety or success, if you are unsuccessful in any course (i.e. you are counseled out of the course, decide not to continue or do not pass the necessary examinations) THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

In the event of an emergency or safety concern, School of MAC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class at any time. If this happens, your Rider Coach will discuss rescheduling options you. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
